Retail management: serving customers, running the store, key holder, putting away delivery, completing daily, weekly, monthly, biannually health and safety checks
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprenticeship was incredible very supportive and informative. I stepped into my new role afterwards feeling far more confident and able than I would have done with just a promotion and job change. I also now have another qualification that I can add to my CV if needed

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learnt a lot of new skills and furthered my knowledge on areas I already knew about. Thinks like emotional intelligence, marketing, stock and cash management etc

Everything was structured and mapped out with enough room for changes if needed, you could see where you were in your development, what was next and how much you’d done.
