Running the store in the branch managers absence, ensuring tasks like delivery put away, warehouse standards and customer service was 10/10, helping the team become the best version of themselves

I have done two apprenticeships now and both of them were extremely helpful in progressing into the next role

I have developed in almost every way during the apprenticeship, the main skills would be people management and motivation
