Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Day-to-day exposure was brilliant. I received a variety of regular 'trainee tasks', opportunities to sit in on some of the partners' and counsels' work, and truly get a feel for the inclusive culture at the firm.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was explained clearly throughout the scheme about the various pathways upon joining the firm, and indeed the process before joining the firm. People spoke open and honestly and the information was clear and readily available across the firm's resources.
