Hard to progress whilst on the course, no proper job descriptions/ roles for technicians and assistants

I enjoy the buttercups course but it can be full on at times

Not really made any progress in my job role, doing things that I already knew how to do. I started to dispense CD's. I have completed the ACT part of the course

My manager has no interest in my course unless she has to be involved with something and then it is a rush. My WTS is very good though

Negotiate pay as this is very poor and you are not paid what you are worth
