As an apprentice, I support my team with day-to-day tasks while learning on the job, developing practical skills, and gaining hands-on experience across different areas of the role.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying my programme, as it provides a good balance between hands-on experience and learning, helping me build confidence, develop new skills, and understand the role in a practical way.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my existing skills and learnt new ones, particularly improving my Excel skills through regular use for data entry and analysis, as well as strengthening my communication skills by working closely with my team and confidently speaking with others.
