Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I support the team with administrative duties for the team whilst taking on ad hoc requests from the team. My day to day varies which I really enjoy and i get involved with things I didn't think I would take part in such as interviews and assisting with the planning and running of a jobs fair.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme and my team are so supportive of my growth as a colleague. The work is very varied which I enjoy and I am consistently encouraged to go out of my comfort zone. There are so many experiences that I have had that I never thought I would get to be apart of.
