- Key Unilever contact for the Dove UKI Careline, responsible for briefing NPD and portfolio updates, reviewing monthly consumer feedback reports and flagging potential brand risks.
- Lead approvals and creation of in-store visuals for value channel retailers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, consolidating team feedback and collaborating with designers to deliver final assets.
- Lead TikTok Shop for Dove UK & Ireland, launching NPD through creator led commerce, paid media integration and affiliate strategy to drive performance growth.
