To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very good at getting everyone in cohort involved and getting the various models across. It is very time consuming but very beneficial if you put in the effort.

Understanding that things that we do naturally on a daily basis have models and structure that can be used to enhance our understanding and deliver better management.

Very well planned and set out from the start.

Very supportive, but the time allocated for course work needs to be increased due to the amount of work needed to complete modules and do the daily tasks.
Adde to this interaction with stakeholders outside of your normal role within the company is tremendous, everyone wants to help out.

For a person wanting to progress the Lifetime courses have a great pathway that can be followed all the way to top management. All funded through work

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lifetime Training?

Make sure that you want to do this. Know that it will take up a lot of free time. You have to put in a lot of effort, it is not just handed to you on a plate. If you do that, the rewards are great
