I work in the baby room and provide day to day care, changing nappies, feeding, lessons and play sessions, putting them to sleep and keeping a routine.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have not yet started my apprenticeship but I’m sure I will love doing it.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I’ve developed further on my skills and knowledge and have learnt a lot of new things.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I have not started it yet but from getting the enrolment things done has been very well organised and simple to do.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager is the most supportive manager you could have, she is brilliant.

It will give me new knowledge I can put into practice and I will be able to build on existing knowledge too

We do staff nights in for awards and Christmas and we also do staff nights out to bowling and things like that
