Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

I was tasked with a negotiation competition with my team where we argued a point of view decided by our brief. We had talks with various departments, providing insight into the type of work they do on a daily basis. We then shadowed a trainee for an office tour and an insight into the work they do.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was greatly beneficial and heavily increased my drive to want to do this type of work

The best way to describe it is welcoming - the diversity and inclusion session we had exemplified this, demonstrating the ethos of the firm as a whole as a very inclusive environment.
