I assist Pre-sales teams in creating assets to provide Deal-support on various accounts as well as internal assets to improve initiatives.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme and degree course a lot, however in recent times I feel like I do not get much exposure or opportunity to use the skills learnt in the workplace, Especially with all the upcoming AI tools and programmes currently being implemented.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

Since last year I feel the support I receive has decreased, especially as business focuses have changed. This is at no fault of my manager who is very supportive, and has my wellbeing in their best interests. I would say also that since first year we hardly hear from the apprenticeship team any more and it sometimes feels as if we have been forgotten in comparison to other apprentices in the business.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The university and my apprenticeship skills coach are amazing & are available at any time. They have really helped me through hard times in the last 6 months and made sure that I still achieved amazing grades in modules affected. I really can't emphasise enough how good they are from a support perspective
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Recently with the rise of AI I feel I have not had much chance to utilise my qualification efficiently within my role. I have become more confident with industry standard software however, and feel I can advocate for my design choices.
