Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Front line manager in food manufacturing, responsible for leading process and packing lines. Ensuring safe, efficient and high quality production. My role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting the teams on the shop floor, monitoring performance and working with different functions to resolve issues and drive improvements.

During the apprenticeship, I was able to apply variety of different skills from people management, data analysis to project management.
