Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day to day role involved opening legal files, dealing with incoming post including court orders and dealing with legal payments.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed my apprenticeship as it aided me in continuing a career in GMP and I also made many friends through it in which I still keep in contact with today.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many communication skills which have helped me with phone calls and speaking to solicitors daily. I have also learnt a lot of technical skill which aid me in my job and helping others.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I had a trainer who helped me with whatever I needed help with. Everyone on the apprenticeship team were of much help and also made learning fun.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received a lot of support especially from my line manager who scheduled 1 day a week protected time for me to focus on my apprenticeship work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I personally don’t require much help but if it was needed I would always ask and my trainer would schedule a meeting with me to discuss what support I needed. I got a lot of help regarding personal issues that went on and support around it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualifications have aided me in securing a full time job in GMP with my technical skills and my project which aided me in proving that I can deal with big projects/issues on my own and my planning and organisation skills to make a change within my branch.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are a lot of sports teams to join.
