Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Responsible for two areas of the process: Stock preparation and the effluent treatment plant.
Responsible for troubleshooting process issues and optimising the process to improve efficiency, quality and reduce waste. Work closely with operators, maintenance and projects teams who will implement changes or improvements in my area. Also responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by driving standards and ensuring the plant is in a safe condition to be handed over to maintenance team to carry out repair/maintenance activities.
