Supporting Unilevers carbon neutral initiatives through connecting with our site engineers understanding what problems or issues can be fixed and tracking the overall Unilever emissions

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the program you have a chance to learn a lot in the job but also at the degree that is apart of the programme.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills from PowerBI to understanding emissions factors. aswell as developing my existing presenting skills alongside upskilling my excel abilities

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well structured overall but could be slightly improved with more Unilever/ University cohesion and awareness of eachother

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel nwell supported from my employer with regular training opportunities a long side being given plenty of time to complete my studies

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My managers are always offering support with my University work and making sure I have what I need to complete them

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have struggled at times to put everything in my qualification into my role but it provides a good understanding and base for how a business runs

There are many social activities from thirsty Thursdays to, football and padel games hhosted by my function
