I am currently doing the level 3 leadership course through work at Greater manchester police. This will help support me in my role as a call handling supervisor.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The appreticeshoip team are very good, they have supported me and helped me when i was considering dropping out with extra supportive measures and have been very motivating and a pleasure to work with

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Abit of both really but some of the training has helped me remeber things i had previously learned but overall i feel more confident and organised moving forward
