My role is to ensure account performance is delivered in line with agreed targets. I proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities to relevant stakeholders. I build strong working relationships with key internal and external partners, including supply chain, finance, and external agencies. As the main point of contact for my account, I ensure all stakeholders are aligned behind my customer’s needs and priorities.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love the culture at the company and thoroughly enjoy the apprenticeship overall. The only thing that brought the ranking down is that there can be issues with unclear or delayed communication.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

This apprenticeship has been excellent in terms of skills development. As an apprentice I haven't been given the low level work but instead I have had well rounded roles that have pushed me. As an apprentice I have been given some great responsibilities and have been able to learn about many parts of the business.
