Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Not a huge level of responsibility, was not really having any interactions with clients but that was expected of an internship.

-Greater fluency with excel.
-The process of a client purchasing a property from looking at development pipelines to investment proposals to comp reports and finally heads of terms.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone is friendly but you mostly interact with your team only. There were a few social events but this is not routine.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
Would have enjoyed taking on more responsibility but I still feel that a lot was learned. Site visits vary across teams depending on the nature of the team and also the nature of the people in the team. The work does get a bit tedious at times but I guess that is standard for an internship. Perfect, if you want a job which is not too hectic.

If you are looking for something which is not too hectic, it's perfect. Work does vary from team to team but everyone here is friendly and considerate of the fact that you are an intern.
