Very. All workshop dates are planned form start to end, communicated clearly and in our diaries, my tutor is clear with communication and there is clear communication when flexibility is needed around service needs etc.

My line manager (mentor) has helped me a lot, from giving me general advice to apply to my work, as well as allowing me further exposure to practice my new learning and reflect on this., This has been the biggest turning point for me.

A lot. My tutor is on hand whenever I have any sporadic questions, as well as the delivery team during workshops etc. Further, the online resources through the learning platform are always accessible and have good support links

Massively. I have learnt various new skills, as well as enhance my core behaviours, that enable me to stretch myself and my role. For example, I ow have the know-how and confidence to create project ideas that I feel will improve service results and have the ability to present my thoughts, in a productive manner, to senior stakeholders and gain buy in.

I have loved working here. The environment is friendly, supportive and encouraging. Learning is really encouraged here, form my manager but also the wider team. The values are actually lived, rather than just spoken about, compared to other paces I have worked.
