We get talks every so often from people who are actually in the bussiness and not based in college.

It’s not enjoyable at the moment but my cohort keeps being promised it is much better when we are on site.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Be confident and natural. Have ideas in your head on what you want to speak about. Be interested in the job role.
