Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would for the long term benefits being extremely strong but this first year absolutely not and its incredibly difficult to get inspired working alongside getting forgotten or just left to do nothing
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Just take the first year as it is, for me its been very demoralising as i came into this expecting a lot of good things but you will be disappointed generally
