My role involves working across project management, data analysis, and SAP solution offerings. On a day-to-day basis, I contribute to consulting projects by supporting project delivery, analysing data, and applying SAP solutions to meet client needs. This provides the opportunity to develop expertise across different areas while delivering practical, client-focused outcomes.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the apprenticeship programme as it allows me to explore different areas of the organisation while taking a hands-on approach. I have the opportunity to work with experienced professionals and contribute to real projects within their areas of expertise at SAP, which makes the experience both engaging and valuable.

Yes, I have developed a range of both new and existing skills. I have improved my communication and teamwork skills by working closely with experienced professionals on projects. I receive a high level of support from my employer, particularly from my line manager, who is consistently looking for ways to support my development and progression throughout the apprenticeship. They are very open to helping me explore new opportunities within the organisation. We maintain regular contact through weekly calls and meetings, which provides ongoing guidance and ensures I stay on track.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

When working towards my undergraduate degree, I received a high level of support from my training provider. They provided guidance throughout my modules and assessments. I also received strong support from SAP, which helped me balance my work responsibilities alongside completing different modules of my degree.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
