I am a Senior Business Analyst, and a team leader for a number of business analyst which I am responsible for. This includes wellbeing, performance, resourcing, development and general management.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Since starting an apprenticeship, alongside my full time role, I am already starting to develop my team leadership skills and becoming a more effective manager.

I have learnt new skills including cultural identify and coaching. I am also enhancing skills I already have around prioritisation and time planning.
