Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves partnering with business stakeholders and HR to understand our learning, leadership, talent and performance priorities across the organisation. I work closely with our Centre of Excellences to deploy products to our market. I also design and deliver training to our business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed my programme, it has been really well delivered, I have met some incredible women from across the organisation who I have learnt a lot from and I have enjoyed each session I have had with my tutor.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed further project management skills, stakeholder management skills, finance skills, decision making skills and how to be a better leader overall.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured and organised. The dates of each of our sessions have been put in our diaries well in advance to ensure it fits around other work commitments. The sessions have a very linear approach which means you know what you're going to get when you attend. Same with our assignments that we have had to complete.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I get a lot of support from my employer, people are genuinely interested in the programme and want to ensure I have the correct support to achieve my ambitions.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support from TACK TMI has been second to none, my tutor has been so helpful in breaking down topics and supporting me when I have had questions or concerns about my assignments. They are incredibly responsive, always make the time and are incredibly encouraging.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has really helped me develop and craft my leadership style and has helped bolster some of my existing skills. I feel like I am a better leader overall because of this programme.
