Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

i am a panel beater technician level 3, i day to day repair panels using 2k body filler, replace panels utilising MIG welding and other joining techniques, i also align panels to make gaps symmetrical.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy all aspects of my job especially welding on new panels rather than completing filler repairs.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills aswell as built on my old skill set including but not limited to MIG welding MIG brazing i have also learnt aspects of MET as i am required to sometimes strip components to ensure the best final finish of my repairs.

The programme is very well structured and organised i am able to obtain assistance and help when required i am also very much kept in the loop.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive all the support from my line manager that i require.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider has been very helpful and considerate to my situation as i have had to move sights i have received all the help i have needed as of recent.

I feel that my qualification helps me to perform better in my role as i am taught key fundamentals within my job and job role

Yes we have christmas dues and get togethers outside of work often.
