Responsible for Project mobilisation - change management and M&A activities - updating project plans - communicating with stakeholders. meeting organisation and notarization - Roadshow set up- 1-2-1 meeting schedules - Cribsheets - ORG charts - Supplier on-boarding - site visits - IT workspace creation - handling business requests - steer-co presentation - M&A project leading

Majority of the skills i learnt were from specific Project management work i had not done before - but it also strengthened my core skills (leadership, communication, systems knowledge etc)
