my role currently involves going to furness college for BAE and completing different assignments to be able to gather the qualifications i need for my future in this role.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I don’t dislike my program it’s just a lot of completing assignments and not as much practicality

I have developed new skills in different subjects such as electrical and mechanical knowledge which i didn’t have before

How well organised/structured is your programme?

my programme is well structured as in we go to college full time then transfer to the business after the first year. Although they can be frequent misconceptions through the lack of communication.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

we receive a lot of support from my skills coach and employer
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The college training providers arnt the best at offering support when you don’t understand a subject as they just expect you to know and get on with the assignments
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

i think our qualification with help during our role as we need to know the different aspects of mechanical and electrical as well as other subjects
