This experience has strengthened my coaching and leadership skills and enhanced my confidence in managing complex workforce and medical revalidation processes. It has demonstrated my ability to develop colleagues, improve team resilience, and maintain governance standards, which aligns with my goal of progressing into more senior leadership role. Moving forward, I would like to support larger workforce initiatives, mentor colleagues across teams, and continue developing my leadership style through reflective practice and structured feedback. This development has therefore provided a clear foundation to achieve my future career objectives and contribute more effectively to organisational priorities.
