Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Commercial Property Management. Sectors: retail & industrial. Setting service charge budgets then reconciling the budgets at year end. Billing rent. Tenant liaison. Internal colleague liaison. Meeting internal & client KPI's.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme. I have learnt so much and been supported continuously throughout. I have learnt more through this degree apprenticeship then if I went to university and studied Real Estate.

Developed my confidence, people skills, problems solving, time management.

The route is clear and very well structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

In my office brilliant. My line manager and colleagues are brilliant. They constantly look for extra development opportunities for me.
My network of apprentices also very supportive.
Savills apprenticeship team are less forthcoming.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

It 100% helps me perform better.
