I am a member of the quality, health, safety and environmental department for the site. I support all other departments on site with regards to QHSE, I carry out training and reviews, I carry out legal reviews and provide advice when required.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The Level 5 Women in Leadership Operations Manager apprenticeship has given me skills to take me up to the next level in my career. It has improved my interactions and my ability to be a future leader.

Yes, i have learnt a lot of new skills and methods of working, it has also given me the opportunity to put those newly learnt skills into practice to further cement my new way of working.
