The first year of my apprenticeship is consisting of a mixture of classroom and practical training at the International Centre for Aerospace Training in Rhoose, Cardiff, gaining my modules for my C and G, as well as A license.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The ICAT collage side of the course is very well structured and planned, and we have a clear imagine of what we are doing and when, as well as what is expected of us to be able to complete the required tasks. However, sometimes the structure and communication with Boeing consistently clear.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Boeing and the ICAT collage are always there to support me, from an issue in class or something external.
