Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend GLL to a friend?

Yes

Why?

GLL provides strong chances for career progression, especially through apprenticeships, training, and internal promotions. There are clear pathways to develop skills in leadership, operations, and customer service, and employees are encouraged to take on new responsibilities and grow within the organisation. The focus on learning and development makes it a good place to build a long-term career in the leisure industry.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to GLL?

My advice would be to show enthusiasm for working with people, be open to learning, and highlight any customer service or teamwork experience. GLL values development, so a willingness to grow and take on responsibility is really important
