Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Network fitter apprentice, maintaining all plant in substation sites on the network. This can be from maintaining already existing plant to constructing new substations to be put on the network.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I extremely enjoy the programme, it allows me to constantly develop my skills and knowledge of my job role in a great environment.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am constantly learning new skills as well as developing pre existing ones that I had before I joined the apprenticeship programme. Such as developing my pre existing hand skills as well as this I am constantly learning more about the network and plant that is existing on it.
