Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a social work apprentice, I am supported to study one day per week alongside four days in practice, where i am developing the skills and experience needed to prepare me for qualification as a social worker.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed my course. While it has presented some challenges, it has been very rewarding overall.

Yes, I have developed many new skills and strengthened my existing skills, which will support me in practice once I am qualified.

The support has been exellent, and any concerns have been listened to and addressed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As apprentices, we are well supported, and our employers recognise that we require additional support alongside our full-time employment roles. While on placement, we were given additional study leave to support our development and a protected caseload.
