I support qualified electricians in a range of day to day task whilst I also develop my technical skills and knowledge to become better each day. My responsibilities include assisting with installation, maintenance, and testing electrical systems in industrial buildings.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme because it gives me the opportunity to learn while working and gain hands on experience everyday. I’m constantly developing new skills and building my confidence in real working environments. I also enjoy being part of a team, as everyone is supportive and makes the workplace a positive and enjoyable place to be

I have developed a wide range of practical and technical skills. I have improved my ability to install, maintain, and test electrical systems as well as gain more confidence in reading drawings and working safely.
