Overall, my experience at Savills has been very positive. I’ve felt well supported by my team and wider colleagues, and I’ve had the opportunity to work on a varied range of projects that have helped me develop both technically and professionally. The culture is collaborative and inclusive, with a strong emphasis on learning, high standards, and doing the right thing for clients. I’ve particularly valued the quality of mentorship, the exposure to experienced professionals, and the trust placed in me to take on responsibility. Overall, Savills has been a great environment to grow my skills and progress my career.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My role involves supporting the delivery of projects through all stages, helping to manage programme, cost, quality, and risk, and coordinating consultants and stakeholders. I assist with reporting, procurement, governance, and health and safety requirements, while supporting client communication and day‑to‑day project management activities.
I most enjoy the variety the role offers, the collaborative working environment, and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility. Yes
Why?
I would recommend Savills to a friend because it offers a supportive and professional working environment with strong opportunities for learning and development. There is a collaborative culture, exposure to high‑quality projects and experienced professionals, and a genuine emphasis on doing things properly. Savills also provides trust and responsibility early on, which helps people grow in confidence and capability while feeling valued as part of the team.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Savills?
When applying to Savills, I’d recommend taking the time to understand the business, its values, and the breadth of services it offers, and being able to clearly explain why Savills appeals to you specifically. Being well prepared, asking thoughtful questions, and showing enthusiasm for learning and collaboration really helps.
During onboarding, I’d advise being proactive – introduce yourself to colleagues, take advantage of training and shadowing opportunities, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Engaging early, being organised, and showing a positive attitude go a long way in helping you settle in quickly and get the most out of the experience
