During onboarding, I’d advise being proactive – introduce yourself to colleagues, take advantage of training and shadowing opportunities, and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Engaging early, being organised, and showing a positive attitude go a long way in helping you settle in quickly and get the most out of the experience
