I am a dispatch supervisor in the force control room. I line manage 6 staff and supervise a team of dispatchers as they allocate patrols to incidents, whilst providing information to other parts of the force.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was very enjoyable and useful. I learned a lot about myself and about how to effectively manage a team, develop people and adapt to change.

Both. I think the course greatly enhanced any existing skills I had and taught me an incredible amount to improve me.
