Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

5/5
Mmy role focuses on building and managing strong relationships with clients while driving business growth. I’m responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring accounts are managed effectively from initial contact through to ongoing partnership.
On a day-to-day basis, this involves speaking with existing and prospective clients, managing a portfolio of accounts, and identifying opportunities to upsell or expand services. I spend time preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and collaborating closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to make sure client expectations are met. I also track performance against targets, update CRM systems, and review pipeline activity to ensure progress toward sales goals. The role is fast-paced, people-focused, and requires strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

5/5
I receive a good level of support from my training provider through regular check-ins, clear guidance, and timely feedback on my work. They are always available to answer questions and provide support, which helps me stay on track with my qualifications.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

5/5
