Im very interested in construction and all the details. Finding out why something works/ doesn’t work is what I find the most interesting

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The technical team I work with are excellent with me they are patient when they need to be although I’m a quick learner. I have learnt many things.They take their time and to explain certain things which develops knowledge needed for the job

I have started the programme and there was a nice induction which helped me ease myself into the programme

I have full support of my employer through everything. Whether if it’s something I’m concerned about or action I think needs to be taken.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider is available everytime I message or email them and I always get an answer back in time.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is a very broad course which doesn’t help accelerate my growth but it does go through all regulations which are important for every task.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
