The company is great been made very welcome into the company and my team, been shown how to do the things I need to with experienced team members that all go out of their way to ensure I’m ok and learning things well I’ve really enjoyed the start of my career within the company.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The university side is good but could be better with communication and not cram in delivery as it’s the learners they suffer.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I’ve learnt how to build programs on MS Project and done a number of course relating to my role a key one was the SMSTS where I learned a lot about CDM and other important things that have helped me daily in my role on projects

My team are amazing and always checking in ensuring I’m on track with my learning and day to day development within my role

They do reviews and everyone is easily contacted if any issues arise and they are helpful and ensure to do what they can to accommodate any needs if we have any issues

I’m learning practically on the job daily so learning the theory and seeing it in reality is very helpful
