Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a Business Admin my role was to ensure the team stayed organised and make sure they were correctly equipped for their jobs. I would also take care of their overtime and documents for example documents like the holiday request form and the PPE request forms which had to be giving to the line manager and scanned to the correct folder.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed this programme a lot, not only did I learn a lot from the team but also had to overcome challenges that I've never dealt with before which has helped me improve my skills and work mind-set.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

This apprenticeship has helped gain skills I didn't expect to use or learn from my past work/college courses - I learnt a lot of leadership skills including IT skills aswell as my job mainly related around spreadsheets and documents.

As I work at Wembley Stadium I work in many events like football matches to concerts, my team also plays padel once a week - which lets the team to rest and have a fresh break from work and the stress.
