chaotic and structure seems to constantly be changing with different responses everytime asked for clarification

great support given by placements but lack of real understanding and support from early careers, all words and little action

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
do degree separately to have the opportunities to develop own interests and apply as a graduate after to minimise time under and influence of early careers team, less uncertainty with not having to move teams constantly as well so get to fully understand and develop in a role
