Developed massively both as an engineer and as a professional. From problem solving skills to confidence.

As its a fairly new scheme the structure and organisation of placements could be much better. Sometimes feels like its put together quite last minute.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Good support , there is help for every aspect of your work and personal life. Union representation and support is very poor when it comes to personal benefits for this scheme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Portfolio is not marked quick which can be a concern. Finf myself having to constantly chase assessors for them to mark work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I rarely use the stuff that I have learnt in my HNC , sometimes the knowledge questions that I fill out have transferable knowledge. But more often than not I wouldn't say my qualifactions help my role.

Research as much as the company as possible , products , company values and company behaviours , then use those in your interview.
