Overall, how would you describe your experience at Forterra?
Forterra gave me multiple opportunities to develop my knowledge skills and behaviours. We were exposed to various part of the business to strengthen our understanding of the wider business and industry. It was an invaluable 2 years of learning in preparation for a full time role once we completed the scheme.

Why?
I would definitely recommend Forterra to someone who wants to develop professionally. Espeically if they are unsure of where their career is going to take them like myself. It gave me the chance to understand what I enjoyed, what I didn't and where my strengths / development points were. All whilst contributing to the business and working with the teams within.
