Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

4/5
Business elements such as managing purchase orders (budgets), sampling and general stakeholder management. E-commerce based projects to improve digital shelf. Approving social media content made by the Social Team. Campaign delivery, working alongside agencies.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

4/5
I really enjoy the apprenticeship. I feel that the work I do is both exciting and fulfilling.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
I have learnt more in the last few years that I have ever learnt before! The progression and pace is invaluable.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

3/5
There are great elements. However, there are sometimes issues with management of apprentices, especially when doing rotations.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

4/5
There is lots of support given but not necessarily much action. Managers do what they can to help.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

3/5
Training providers are somewhat helpful but work mentors are often much more supportive as they help to arrange your hours.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

3/5
There is some relation between training and the role, however the training does not help with the practical aspects of the role.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

4/5
Yes there are various sports teams, wellbeing events and apprentice get togethers
