Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I have to travel to different sites, when I do these site visits I need to check all of the meter reads and do the daily tasks that have been appointed to me. Once completed I need to walk around the site noticing if anything is wrong.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is good however the college that i went to could have been closely related with what i do at work. As the college course and what i do at work don't transfer many skills at all

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learn mechanical and a bit of electrical skills whilst working with veolia.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It's well organised but like I said previously my college course doesn't cover what I need to do at work very well.

I get a good amount of support from my colleges at work
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support I have at college has been good, there have been a few cases where I haven't had the support id have liked which caused me to be delayed but it has been sorted now.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think they give me a decent overall view of engineering but it isn't very specific to what i do at work

No, as my college is a training provider there isn't any extra curricular activites

I think its a great place to work and there is a lot of progress that can be achieved working with the company.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Veolia Environmental Services?
I would say to anyone that what's to try is to be yourself and ask a lot of questions. This has helped me understand what I do at work better and shows that you're interested
