Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am the coordinator of the force wide peer support service, I am also the preventative educational tool around mental health and support in occupational health.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have recently started my apprenticeship in Gmp, the process to join has been thorough and they go through several checks to make sure you understand the ask and commitment it will take to undertake it which i think is really good. The team is very friendly and approachable and the course is set out in way to easily follow.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

So far in the short time I've been on the course, I've learned a lot about different areas and taking more time to complete cpd towards my apprenticeship, further enhancing my knowledge.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure is 2nd to none, it's very organised, easily to follow. You are aware of the expectations and there is so much support in place as they want you to do well and achieve the best you can.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My management has been supportive from the offset and the fact the organisation can offer this is great. Due to the role I do , I am already ofay of all the support available.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

You have regular training days each month so you can bring up any queries, your assigned trainer is readily available and you have scheduled meetings to further reinforce support and it's 1-1 so you can take the time you need.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This will help with future career progression, I support line managers through my role and increasing my knowledge as a team leader it will help with advice I give as my knowledge is always expanding on the course.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is but due to being busy I am unable to attend but I do have my own activities outside of work.
