Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I control and support the supply the stock in a warehouse. On a day to day basis this can be picking kitchens and joinery orders, making sure that the stock file is accurate and we have no damages, reporting to my line manager if we find any issues. Building relationships with the customers so they have a better experience in the depot. I work alongside another person in the warehouse to clear through our daily deliveries.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my job role as I get to meet different types of people and learn new things everyday and often have exciting opportunities to do within the business, for example family fun days.

Yes I have learnt plenty of new skills and developed more existing skills as I have used my problem solving everyday.

We always plan ahead and always expect the unexpected. We can always be more prepared sometimes but they may also be wrong with some stuff.

I have had plenty of help throughout my time working here escpecially from my assistant-manager who has helped me progress along the way.

Always comes in on time and always plans ahead even when i am stuck he reassures me to email him whenever I need help.

I feel much confident in my job role as even though my collegues have helped me along the way
