I give my job role a 5 I love the job I do my focus is to make sure all the children are in a safe and fun environment whilst in the setting.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes since starting my apprenticeship till now I’ve learnt so many new skills within the setting and learning within the room with the children and also learnt a lot when I’ve had to do research for my course work.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My apprenticeship is well structured and organised my development coach always comes into the setting once a month and helps me with everything she possibly can

My training through my training provider has helped me preform so much in my job every day with everything that has been taught to me.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We do staff meetings where each room gets together and they do some training together and update our self’s on the new rules and procedures

They’ve helped me grow in so much confidence and my apprenticeship couldn’t have gone quicker the support I’ve recieved throughout my apprenticeship I couldn’t ask for more.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Busy Bees Childcare?
Tips and advice I’d give to anyone that is applying to work at BusyBees would be don’t be scared going to a big nursery with big expectations of you can be scary but you learn so much from those expectations with all the training that’s provided to you.
