Assist in personal care
Adhere to high secure hospital procedures and policies

There are on paper but difficult to access due to ongoing staffing issues. Even accessing support via staff counselling takes 8-12 weeks

Be patient, choose to model someone who is good at their role and use supervision as a form of reflection. Don’t choose to allow the politics and bureaucracy to spoil your experience. Work hard and be reliable and look after your own mental health and these skills will help you achieve anything you want.
